Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after placement. Orders submitted after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day. We use both USPS and UPS for shipping. If you opt for free shipping on orders over $100, they will be shipped via USPS ground.
Return:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns must be authorized by Hautebaby prior to sending them back. If your order is incorrect, has missing pieces, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please note that if tags are removed or clothing is worn, a 10% restocking fee may be applied upon return.
