Q: Can I contact customer service?
A: Of course! Our team is here to answer any and all questions you may have. Please note that our customer service business hours are 10 a.m. - 5 p.m CST. Monday-Friday. Although we will try to respond to your email as quickly as possible, please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond. Please allow 24 hours before a follow up. Q: Haven’t received your package from USPS yet?
A: We ship out packages within 24 hours of the order being received but have no control on when it will be delivered. We have noticed some packages go from label created to delivered. Please give USPS 30 business days to deliver your package. If you don’t receive your package after the 30 business days please email info@hautebaby.com.Â
Lost Packages
Haute Baby cannot guarantee that your package will not be lost or damaged by the shipping service. If your package is lost please file a claim with the shipping company. Once packages are shipped from Haute Baby we are not responsible.
Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?
A:Â We know you want your order fast so as soon as you place your order, we are on it!Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:Â
• Adding/Removal of Items
• Change in Color/Size of Items
• Adding/Removal of a Discount Code
• Billing or Shipping Address Update
• Order Cancellation Request
• Shipping Method Change
We welcome you to return items in accordance with our  easy returns center.Â
Q: When can I expect my items to ship?
A: Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of placing it during business hours (Monday-Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.). If you place an order AFTER noon on Friday, you can expect it to ship out the following week.Â
Q: I live in the Houston area. Can I pick up in-person?
A:Â Our system automatically prepares orders for shipping so unfortunately we cannot allow anything to be picked up in-person. Worried about shipping? We try to keep our rates as low as possible AND shipping is FREE on orders of $99 or more.Â
Q: How can I return any product ?
A: Items can be returned for store credit only.  All items must be returned within 14 days after fulfillment or delivery. If you are shipping your return item(s), it must be postdated on or before the 14th day. Return shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part. Items must have original tags, be unwashed and unworn. Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. This form needs to be filled out and returned with your item(s). If your item is damaged, email us at info@hautebaby.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returns MUST include the packing slip provided to you by Returnly (please ignore the red "post date" at the top of the packing slip). Â
