Items can be returned for store credit only. All items must be returned within 14 days after fulfillment or delivery. If you are shipping your return item(s), it must be postdated on or before the 14th day. Return shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part. Items must have original tags, be unwashed and unworn. Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. This form needs to be filled out and returned with your item(s). If your item is damaged, email us at support@hautebaby.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returns MUST include the packing slip provided to you by Returnly (please ignore the red "post date" at the top of the packing slip).
