Return Policy
Items can be returned for store credit only. All items must be returned within 14 days after fulfillment or delivery. If you are shipping your return item(s), it must be postdated on or before the 14th day. Return shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part. Items must have original tags, be unwashed and unworn. Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. If your item is damaged, email us at info@hautebaby.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returns MUST include the packing slip provided to you by Haute Baby.
How to Return:
Email us at Info@hautebaby.com with your order number and we will send you a return shipping label. (shipping rate will be deducted from your store credit).
